General Terms and Conditions
Registration:
- To participate in the US Market Entry Bootcamp Program, you must complete the registration form, attend an individual meeting, and pay the participation fee.
- Registration can only be transferred to another person with the prior approval of the event organizers.
Payment:
- The full price of conference tickets must be paid upon registration.
- Payment methods include credit card payment and other options determined by the event organizers.
Participation:
- Participants must wear their training badge at all times during the event.
- Entry to events, coffee breaks, lunches and evening events is only possible with a valid training badge.
Refund and cancellation:
- The cancellation request must be submitted in writing to info@usaaccelerator.com by email.
- A full refund is available if the cancellation February 28, 2025 happens before.
- A 50% refund is available if the cancellation March 1 and March 21, 2025. happens between.
- March 21, 2025 In case of cancellation after that, no refund will be given.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Event changes and cancellation:
- Event organizers reserve the right to change the program, schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice.
- In the event of cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizers will strive to provide a refund, but will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by participants.
Responsibility:
- Participants participate in the US Market Entry Bootcamp Program events at their own risk.
- The event organizers accept no liability for any loss, injury, damage or inconvenience suffered by participants.
- Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and valuables.
Conduct:
- Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the entire duration of the training.
- Harassing or disruptive behavior toward other attendees, speakers, or event staff may result in exclusion from the event without refund.
Photography and recording:
- Recording and reproduction in any form of the training materials or presentations is strictly prohibited without the prior permission of the organizers.
Data protection:
- The personal data provided during registration will be used exclusively for the organization and implementation of the US Market Entry Bootcamp Program.
- By registering, participants consent to the use of their data for this purpose.
Governing law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
