Terms and Conditions
Registration:
– All attendees must register for the U.S. Market Entry Bootcamp Program through the official registration process.
– Registrations are non-transferable without prior approval from the event organizers.
Payment:
– Payment for conference tickets must be made in full at the time of registration.
– Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified by the event organizers.
Attendance:
– Attendees must wear their conference badges at all times during the event.
– Entry to event sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and evening events is only permitted with a valid conference badge.
Refunds and Cancellations:
– Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@usaaccelerator.com
– Full refund available for cancellations made before April 30th, 2024.
– 50% refund available for cancellations made between May 1st and May 15th, 2024.
– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 15th, 2024.
– All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Event Changes and Cancellations:
– The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, speakers, or venue at any time without prior notice.
– In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the event organizers will endeavor to provide refunds where possible, but will not be liable for any other costs incurred by attendees.
Liability:
– Attendees participate in the U.S. Market Entry Bootcamp Program at their own risk.
– The event organizers (USA Accelerator) will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience sustained by attendees during the event.
– Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and valuables.
Conduct:
– Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the conference.
– Harassment or disruptive behavior towards other attendees, speakers, or event staff will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
Photography and Recording:
– Photography, recording, or any form of reproduction of conference sessions or materials is strictly prohibited without prior consent from the event organizers.
Privacy:
– The personal information provided during registration will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the U.S. Market Entry Bootcamp Program.
– By registering for the event, attendees consent to the use of their personal information for this purpose.
Governing Law:
– These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
– Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
