{"id":9744,"date":"2024-12-19T12:32:53","date_gmt":"2024-12-19T11:32:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.usaaccelerator.com\/?page_id=9744"},"modified":"2025-01-30T11:36:48","modified_gmt":"2025-01-30T10:36:48","slug":"terms-and-conditions-bootcamp-program-2025","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.usaaccelerator.com\/en\/terms-and-conditions-bootcamp-program-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions \u2013 Bootcamp Program 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fl-module fl-module-vamtam-heading fl-node-honduqa5mi6j\" data-node=\"honduqa5mi6j\">\n<div class=\"fl-module-content fl-node-content\">\n<h3><strong>General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To participate in the US Market Entry Bootcamp Program, you must complete the registration form, attend an individual meeting, and pay the participation fee.<\/li>\n<li>Registration can only be transferred to another person with the prior approval of the event organizers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The full price of conference tickets must be paid upon registration.<\/li>\n<li>Payment methods include credit card payment and other options determined by the event organizers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants must wear their training badge at all times during the event.<\/li>\n<li>Entry to events, coffee breaks, lunches and evening events is only possible with a valid training badge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund and cancellation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The cancellation request must be submitted in writing to <strong><a rel=\"noopener\">info@usaaccelerator.com<\/a><\/strong> by email.<\/li>\n<li>A full refund is available if the cancellation <strong>February 28, 2025<\/strong> happens before.<\/li>\n<li>A 50% refund is available if the cancellation <strong>March 1 and March 21, 2025.<\/strong> happens between.<\/li>\n<li><strong>March 21, 2025<\/strong> In case of cancellation after that, no refund will be given.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Event changes and cancellation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Event organizers reserve the right to change the program, schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizers will strive to provide a refund, but will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants participate in the US Market Entry Bootcamp Program events at their own risk.<\/li>\n<li>The event organizers accept no liability for any loss, injury, damage or inconvenience suffered by participants.<\/li>\n<li>Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and valuables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conduct:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the entire duration of the training.<\/li>\n<li>Harassing or disruptive behavior toward other attendees, speakers, or event staff may result in exclusion from the event without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Photography and recording:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recording and reproduction in any form of the training materials or presentations is strictly prohibited without the prior permission of the organizers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data protection:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The personal data provided during registration will be used exclusively for the organization and implementation of the US Market Entry Bootcamp Program.<\/li>\n<li>By registering, participants consent to the use of their data for this purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Governing law:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.<\/li>\n<li>Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General Terms and Conditions Registration: To participate in the US Market Entry Bootcamp Program, you must complete the registration form, attend an individual meeting, and pay the participation fee.
