Registration will only become official upon receipt of payment.<\/li>\n<li>The only accepted payment method is bank transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attendance at the events is mandatory. In exceptional cases, representatives may also participate in the events upon prior notification.<\/li>\n<li>Speedway to America Program participants can only attend the Hungarian Summit event with a valid registration, where they are required to wear the training badge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund and cancellation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The cancellation request must be submitted in writing to <strong><a rel=\"noopener\">info@usaaccelerator.com<\/a><\/strong> by email.<\/li>\n<li>A full refund is available if the cancellation <strong>March 30, 2025<\/strong> happens before.<\/li>\n<li>A 50% refund is available if the cancellation <strong>April 1 and April 21, 2025.<\/strong> happens between.<\/li>\n<li><strong>April 21, 2025<\/strong> In case of cancellation after that, no refund will be given.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Event changes and cancellation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Event organizers reserve the right to change the program, schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizers will strive to provide a refund, but will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants participate in Speedway to America Program events at their own risk.<\/li>\n<li>The event organizers accept no liability for any loss, injury, damage or inconvenience suffered by participants.<\/li>\n<li>Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and valuables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conduct:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the entire duration of the training.<\/li>\n<li>Harassing or disruptive behavior toward other attendees, speakers, or event staff may result in exclusion from the event without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Photography and recording:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recording and reproduction in any form of the training materials or presentations is strictly prohibited without the prior permission of the organizers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data protection:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The personal information provided during registration will be used solely for the organization and administration of the Speedway to America Program.<\/li>\n<li>By registering, participants consent to the use of their data for this purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General Terms and Conditions Registration: To participate in the Speedway to America Program, you must complete the registration form, attend an individual meeting, and pay the participation fee.
